My client is leading maintenance provider, and they are looking for a Mechanical manager to join the team on one of their flagship sites in Whitechapel, London.
This an excellent opportunity to join an established maintenance provider who invest both time and training into their employees.
The purpose of the role will be to provide senior technical support and oversight to our dedicated teams and 3rd party supporting parties. You will manage and support the delivery and completion of critical PPM’s including remedial actions and fault diagnosis. You shall be the Authorised Person for Mechanical & Pressure Systems and another Authorised Person discipline (TBA), and work in collaboration with other Authorised and Responsible Persons to support the technical delivery of services within the contract.
Requirements:
- Must be mechanically qualified to a minimum of Level 3 – City & Guilds in Plumbing or Mechanical Engineering or Heating & Ventilation
- L8 Trained
- AP Pressure systems
- Healthcare experience desired
