Static M&E Engineer – £45,000 – North London
45k per annum & bonus & overtime Days 8 – 5
Currently representing a leading M&E/ FM specialist who is in search of a static M&E engineer to join one of their sites in North London. The successful candidate will be providing planned maintenance and reactive service to electrical &mechanical equipment on site, this is a high-end leisure and retail development.

Overview of role: Responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance fault finding undertaking weekly checks including fire alarm test emergency lighting, ballast changes, filter and belt replacements,pumps,AHUs,FCUs,BMSL8 checks including tap temps, domestic flushing taking meter readings, plant room and boiler house checks.
Client and tenant facing Team player who can work on their own initiative This role is based on a 40 hour week, with the shift pattern being 8 -5 (some flexibility with these), this also includes no call out as the company has a mobile team to provide coverage for this.
