Static M&E Engineer – £42,000 – Middlesex
An excellent opportunity has come on the market for an experienced Multi Skilled Engineer working on for a leading FM company, handling all maintenance issues within commercial environment.
Duties as the Multi Skilled Engineer will include:
· Fault find and carry out repairs on all mechanical / electrical systems and HVAC equipment
· Check and inspection of electrical/mechanical building plant equipment (chillers, AHU, HVAC, FCU, cooling towers, boilers etc..)
· Respond to re-active works.
· Carry out routine pre planned & reactive maintenance for example L8 water tap temp, fire alarm testing etc
· Basis handyman skills
· Knowledge of Valves, pumps and HVAC equipment.
Qualifications
· Certified in 17th/ 18th edition
· Must be able to read and work to mechanical and electrical schematic drawings.
· Minimum Electrical/Mechanical engineer qualifications to NVQ level 3
· Basic plumbing skills required
· City & Guilds F-Gas
