Static M&E Engineer – £38,000 – Victoria, London
CTR Engineering are currently recruiting for a M&E Engineer. This is a great opportunity to join one of the market’s leading M&E service providers on an ever-growing portfolio. They’re seeking experienced Multi skilled building services engineers to work within Corporate Offices.

This M&E contractor is an established and well-respected provider of FM services in the industry and one which continually strives to deliver the best possible employees to its clients.

Day to day tasks will revolve around carrying out planned and reactive maintenance so experience that is needed includes but is not limited to: Motors, Pumps, FCU’s, PPM schedules, Generators, 3 Phase power supply, AHU’s, BMS, Chillers, Boilers.
The successful candidate must have:
- Experience at managing their own time and deadlines
- Exposure working in a maintenance environment
- Must have a strong M&E background, including hands on work and relevant qualifications
- Day to day planned and reactive maintenance experience
