Static Lead M&E Engineer – £45,000 – Whitehall
An excellent opportunity has come on the market for an experienced Multi Skilled Lead Engineer working on for a leading FM company, handling all maintenance issues within commercial environment.
Duties as the Multi Skilled Engineer will include:
- Fault find and carry out repairs on all mechanical / electrical systems and HVAC equipment
- Check and inspection of electrical/mechanical building plant equipment (chillers, AHU, HVAC, FCU, cooling towers, boilers etc..)
- Respond to re-active works.
- Carry out routine pre planned & reactive maintenance for example L8 water tap temp, fire alarm testing etc
- Basis handyman skills
- Knowledge of Valves, pumps and HVAC equipment.
Qualifications
- Must have supervisory experience/Lead experience
- Certified in 17th/ 18th edition
- Must be able to read and work to mechanical and electrical schematic drawings.
- Minimum Electrical/Mechanical engineer qualifications to NVQ level 3
- Basic plumbing skills required
- City & Guilds F-Gas
