Static Lead Electrical Engineer – £45,000 – Whitehall, London
My client is looking for a Lead Electrical Engineer with experience within the Commercial Sector to join their team. My client is the leading building services maintenance providers in the world and the current contract they are recruiting for is the fastest growing in the UK.
The role is paying up to £45,000 per annum along with great company benefits & the successful candidate will be working a Mon-Fri / 8-5 Shift Pattern based in Whitehall, London.
The successful candidate will look after the day-to-day engineering as well as managing all sub contractors. The ideal candidate will come from a similar environment to this, as well as having a fantastic opportunity to have fast tracked progression.
The engineer will need to be fully qualified electrically with a knowledge of HVAC you will be working on different equipment including UPS’s, BMS Operation, Chilled Water Systems, Single & Three Phase Power, Emergency Lighting, High Voltage Distribution, Low Voltage Distribution, Fan Coil Units, Air Handling Units, Power Generators, Motors, Star Delta, Split Units, Single and three phase power and Basic HVAC remedial
This candidate will need experience with dealing with clients on a day-to-day basis along with tenants on site. This company are constantly winning contract and are massively increasing winning contract all over the UK.
