This is a fantastic opportunity to work for an award-winning M&E service provider who are recruiting for a Mechanical Day Shift Engineer to work at a large corporate site based in Mayfair, London.
This is role is offering a salary of £45,000, With fantastic opportunities to develop and progress within the industry. The role of a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer role is to carry out routines unsupervised (PPM and reactive), diagnose and repair faults on electrical and some mechanical building services (L8, AHU maintenance, fire alarms, lighting testing, lighting repairs, pumps motors, heating system fault finding and awareness (Heat exchangers, actuators, pipe work Relevant work experience includes but is not limited to; AHU s, FCU s Pumps, Motors Plumbing AC units – Splits, VRV s, VRF s Fans, Belts, Filters Fire alarm testing General maintenance etc.
Skills Required
- The ideal candidate will have the relevant qualifications in Mechanical, Plumbing or Air Conditioning/HVAC
- At least 5 years’ experience in mechanical services within the building services trade
- Must be well presented with good interpersonal skills as this is a client facing role.
