Static Building Services Engineer – £35,000 – Camden, London
A leading Building services/ HVAC company with prestigious contracts within Offices, Universities, sporting grounds and Science establishments currently have a key requirement for experienced Static Building Maintenance Engineer based in Northwest London.
Job Role:
- Carry out regular PPM’s on Electrical systems and Mechanical plant
- Assisting with breakdowns on Electrical systems and Mechanical plant
- Complete tap checks and emergency light checks and responsible for keeping checks on these
- Monday – Friday 08:00 -17:00, with lots of overtime available and ideally be free for match games
Requirements
- Experience in PPM’s on Electrical systems and Mechanical plant
- Must have a NVQ/ City Guilds in either Mechanical or Electrical, if you have your F-GAS this would be an advantage
- Good communication skills and be presentable as they will be dealing with the Client and members of the public
- Experience fault finding and repair experience on Electrical systems and Mechanical plant
- Experience of assisting with/ completing breakdowns on all Electrical systems and Mechanical plant
