The Role
Our client is looking for a Site Manager to manage a prestigious new build and conversion project on the outskirts of Maidstone. The conversion will be of a Grade 2 listed building, with additional blocks (apartments/townhouses) built on the land.

As Site Manager, you will be reporting directly to the divisional Director and your duties will include, but not be limited to:

  • Providing technical support and advice when required
  • Running the day to day duties on site
  • Supervising the sub-contractors on site and managing all H&S measures
  • Daily, weekly and monthly preparation of reports
  • & more

 

About You
You will need a valid SMSTS, Black/White CSCS and First Aid. Any other relevant qualifications would be beneficial.

Experience managing heritage projects as well as new builds with a number of sub-contractors on site is essential. This is a long term position so they are not wanting a job hopper, this position will be able to offer stability and ongoing work across Kent.

You MUST have a proven track record of managing projects from start to finish (including snagging). They are not looking for a Freelance Site Manager.

They are looking for someone who is capable of successfully running a team of operatives, someone who can conduct themselves professionally in the working environment and also a team player.
