CTR Construction are looking for a Site Manager for a Heritage Fit-Out/Conversion in Mid/West Kent.

The Role
Our client is looking for a Site Manager to initially manage a Residential Heritage Fit-Out/Conversion before moving onto other projects in Kent and surrounding counties. The project is roughly 1 year win but having been handed additional works they have roughly 11 months left.
As Site Manager, you will be reporting directly to the Project and Contract Manager and your duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Providing technical support and advice when required
- Running the day to day duties on site
- Supervising the sub-contractors on site and managing all H&S measures
- Daily, weekly and monthly preparation of reports

About You
You will need a valid SMSTS, Black/White CSCS (ideally), NVQ Lvl 6 or above, First Aid. Any other relevant qualifications would be beneficial.
They are not looking for the finished article and would ideally like someone who is 2 to 3 years into their Management journey.
You MUST have experience working on Heritage buildings.
