The Role
Our client is looking for a Site Manager to run an extension on a School building. This is an 25+ week project due to start immediately.
As Site Manager, you will be reporting directly to the Contract Manager and your duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Providing technical support and advice when required
- Running the day to day duties on site
- Supervising the sub-contractors on site and managing all H&S measures
- Daily, weekly and monthly preparation of reports

About You
You will need a valid SMSTS, Black/White CSCS, NVQ Lvl 6 or above, First Aid. Any other relevant qualifications would be beneficial.
Experience working on Education builds would be advantageous, whilst managing a number of direct operatives and sub-contractors on site is essential.
