CTR Construction are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our modern office in Canterbury, Kent. Having established ourselves within the South East Construction and Engineering recruiting sectors we are looking to develop a third sector (Finance, IT, Education etc).

Salary: £27,500 to £30,000 + commission
The Role
CTR are offering you the opportunity to start your journey to become a Co-Owner/Director of your Specialist sector within 12 to 18 months.
We are completely open minded to your chosen sector, whether it be; Office Support, Finance, IT or others. We are interested in YOU and what you can bring to the business.
You will have full financial support, training, and also given the tools to make your business a success from Directors who have been there and done it. We have been successful in developing two sectors and are now ready for a third.
The sector will be brand new to CTR, so you will need to bring in your own clients and candidates to get the desk off the floor. It is no easy task, but with the right attitude and mentality you could earning upwards of £100k within 2 to 3 years (this has been proven within our current workforce).
About You
We are looking for someone who is totally money motivated and driven to succeed. Ideally you will have a minimum of 3 years experience, although less will be considered if you have been successful within that time frame.
You must have access to your own transport and be within driving distance of Canterbury.
As mentioned above, your attitude and mentality is key for us.

Once you become a Director of your own business you will have the chance to manage your own successful team of Recruiters, again with unlimited earning potential – £100k + pa.
There will be opportunities to work from home with a work laptop and phone provided once the desk is up and running, although many choose to work in our office alongside other money motivated colleagues that will push you on.
