CTR Construction is working with a high-end residential contractor based in West Sussex, who are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work on luxury single-unit new builds and refurbishments across West Sussex and Hampshire, delivering bespoke projects up to £5m in value.
About the role:
You’ll be responsible for managing up to two high-end residential projects at a time, reporting directly to the Commercial Director and working alongside an experienced team of surveyors. The business is known for its meticulous attention to detail and high-quality delivery on every scheme.
