CTR Construction is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Project Surveyor to join a respected contractor delivering commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects across Mid Kent. This is a great opportunity to work with a professional team on varied and high-quality builds.
About the role:
You’ll be managing the financial and contractual aspects of commercial fit-out and refurbishment schemes (both live and empty spaces), typically valued between £1m and £3m.
