CTR Construction is working with a specialist heritage and listed building contractor, to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor for their head office in Kent.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected contractor renowned for the restoration and refurbishment of heritage, conservation, and listed properties across the South East.
About the role:
You’ll be responsible for managing all commercial aspects of heritage and restoration projects, including cost planning, procurement, valuations, and final accounts. The role will be based at the Mid Kent head office with regular site visits.

Salary: £50,000 – £75,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within main contracting or specialist sectors

Experience working on heritage / conservation / listed building projects highly desirable

Strong understanding of JCT contracts

Proficient with SMN 7 software (advantageous but not essential)

Excellent commercial and communication skills
