CTR Construction is recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join a super-prime residential project based in East Hampshire. This is a site-based role on a live scheme with 12–18 months remaining, offering exposure to a high-value, high-quality residential build.
About the role:
You’ll be working on a £20m+ new build and refurbishment project, site-based, reporting into the Surveying Director and supporting a small, experienced commercial team. The role suits someone who enjoys being close to the build and involved day-to-day with delivery teams.

Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 DOE
Hours: 7:30am – 4:00pm
Requirements:
- Ideally 3–7 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- Background in prime / high-end residential, refurb or fit-out
- Landmark or heritage experience also beneficial
- RICS accredited preferred
- Site-based experience essential
- Not suited to civils, structures, or single-trade backgrounds
- Professional, detail-driven, and comfortable working on super-prime schemes
