CTR Construction are looking for a Quantity Surveyor for a Brickwork Contractor based in Chelmsford, Essex.

Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
Salary: £55,000 to £60,000
The Role
Our client is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing Commercial division, managing and supporting Brickwork projects up to £2 million. The role will require travel to sites for pricing.
Some of the responsibilities will include, and not be limited to:
– Preparation of accurate cashflow and cost value reconciliation reports
– Procuring Sub-contractors to meet budget requirements
– Maintaining and building relationships with clients
– Produce monthly variations
About You
Due to the location of the role, you must be ideally situated close to Chelmsford with good transport links. Ideally you will have 5+ years post qualification experience across the above named sectors. They are looking for someone who is self-motivated, enthusiastic about Surveying and has a strong and stable CV (not a job hopper!).
