Salary: £50,000 to £55,000 + Package
The Role
Our client is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their Kent Commercial division, managing and supporting volume developments up to 200+ units. They are a National Developer!
Some of the responsibilities will include, and not be limited to:
– Preparation of accurate cashflow and cost value reconciliation reports
– Procuring Sub-contractors to meet budget requirements
– Maintaining and building relationships with clients
– Produce monthly variations
About You
Due to the location of the role, you must be ideally situated in Kent. Ideally you will have 5+ years post qualification experience across the above named sectors. They are looking for someone who is self-motivated, enthusiastic about Surveying and has a strong and stable CV (not a job hopper!).
