CTR is looking for an experienced QS / Project Manager to join their clients team in Essex, overseeing high-quality residential fit-out and refurbishment projects for major clients across London.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a smaller, close-knit contractor where you’ll have full project ownership — from pricing and management through to final accounts.
About the role:
You’ll manage a range of projects, mainly residential fit-outs and refurbishments including marketing suites and show homes. Projects vary in size from £30k–£40k small works up to £800k–£900k.

Requirements:

Proven experience managing residential fit-out/refurbishment projects

Able to price, run, and deliver projects through to final account

Confident managing own labour and liaising directly with clients

Practical experience preferred over formal qualifications

Self-sufficient and capable of hitting the ground running
