The Role
Our client is looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their Commercial division, managing and supporting New Build and Refurb Industrial units across the South East. You will predominantly be site based with the occasional visit to their head office.
Some of the responsibilities will include, and not be limited to:
– Preparation of accurate cashflow and cost value reconciliation reports
– Procuring Sub-contractors to meet budget requirements
– Maintaining and building relationships with clients
– Produce monthly variations
About You
You MUST have Industrial (refurb or new build) experience as well as working with JCT contracts. They are looking for someone who is qualified, ideally BSc/MSc but a HNC/HND will also be accepted. RICS or CIOB would also be beneficial. This is a role for someone who is looking to progress to Senior Quantity Surveyor within the next couple of years.
Ideally you will have 4+ years post qualification experience. They are looking for someone who is self-motivated, self-sufficient, enthusiastic about Surveying and has a strong and stable CV (not a job hopper!).
