CTR Construction is recruiting for a Project Manager to deliver works at an ongoing site in Didcot. This is a long-term, site-based role on a secure and well-established contract, with continuous work and stability.
About the role:
You’ll be managing refurbishment and facilities maintenance projects across a large facility made up of around 140 buildings. Project values are typically up to £1m. The role has become available due to the current Project Manager retiring, making this a key replacement hire.
Around 60% of the work relates to passive fire protection, so experience in this area (particularly fire doors) would be ideal, though not essential. The role suits someone practical and hands-on who can also price small works when required.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in refurb / maintenance / FM environments
- Passive fire protection experience desirable (fire doors particularly)
- Ability to price and manage small works
- Valid SMSTS, CSCS, NVQ & First Aid
- Must be able to pass security clearance (no criminal record)
- Organised, reliable, and comfortable working on a secure live site
