CTR Construction is recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join a specialist contractor delivering healthcare refurbishment and fit-out projects, including X-Ray and MRI rooms, across the UK.
This is a great opportunity to join a busy and expanding team, with excellent long-term workload and structured support in a highly specialist sector.
About the role:
You’ll manage 3–4 live projects at any one time, typically valued between £200k and £400k, with occasional schemes reaching up to £5m. Projects are delivered nationwide, with a focus on London and the South. You’ll spend 3–4 days per week at the head office and 1–2 days on site.
Work is carried out in live hospital environments, so professionalism, communication skills, and a calm manner are essential.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in refurbishment and fit-out
- Healthcare experience ideal, but shop fit-out backgrounds also considered
- Valid SMSTS
- Presentable, professional, and comfortable working in live hospital settings
- Willing to travel nationwide when required
- Strong organisational and communication skills
