CTR Construction is recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join a Tier 1 contractor delivering a wide range of minor works across Heathrow Airport. With new long-term frameworks in place and project sizes due to increase, this is an exciting time to join the team.
About the role:
You’ll manage a varied workload of commercial fit-out, mechanical, electrical, and engineering projects — typically up to £1m, with schemes expected to grow to £10m in the coming years. The number of projects you oversee will vary depending on size, ranging from 1 large scheme to 35–40 smaller packages.

Location: Office in Berkshire + projects based exclusively at Heathrow Airport

Project Values: Up to £1m (growing to £10m in future)
Team: 5 existing Project Managers

Requirements:
- Must have worked in the UK for at least 5 years (essential for Heathrow clearance)
- Proven Project Management experience within fit-out, M&E, engineering, or similar technical sectors
- Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and ideally NVQ Level 6 or 7
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects at pace
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Professional and well-presented — work is delivered in secure, operational airport environments
- Commutable to the Berkshire/Heathrow area
