CTR Construction are looking for a Senior Site Manager / Project Manager for a Main Contractor based in Witham, Essex.

Salary: £70,000 + Package
The Role
Our client is looking for a Senior Site Manager / Project Manager to work on Framework New Build/Refurb projects across the Healthcare, Education and Leisure sectors. These projects will range from £3 million up to £15 million, and be based anywhere from Witham down to the M25.
As Senior Site Manager on site, you will be reporting directly to the Construction Manager and your duties will include, but not be limited to:

Providing technical support and advice when required

Running the day to day duties on site

Supervising the sub-contractors on site and managing all H&S measures

Daily, weekly and monthly preparation of reports

About You
You will need a valid SMSTS, Black/White CSCS and First Aid. Any other relevant qualifications would be beneficial.
You must come from a Commercial background working across the sectors mentioned above, also with experience managing multi-million pound projects with a number of sub-contractors on site. This is a long term position so they are not wanting a job hopper, this position will be able to offer stability and ongoing work across Cambridge and surrounding areas.
