CTR Construction is recruiting for a Trainee to Intermediate Quantity Surveyor (open to candidates with up to 5–6 years’ experience) to join a fast-growing retail fit-out contractor based in Hampshire.
This role has come about due to business growth, following the award of a new contract, and offers an excellent opportunity to progress within a young, energetic, and fast-paced team.
About the role:
You’ll be supporting the commercial team across short-duration retail fit-out projects (typically 2–3 weeks in duration), working with major clients. Project values are up to £1m, and the environment is high-volume and fast-moving.

Team: 8 white-collar staff, including 2 commercial professionals
