Mobile Plumber – £35,000 – London
My Client’s looking for an experienced plumber with domestic/residential and commercial experience across the areas of property maintenance.
Job Purpose – To provide maintenance & Installation plumbing services Internally & externally to our properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain and repair hot and cold-water services, sanitation and waste disposal systems and central heating systems.
- Fix and maintain piped services, including drainage.
- Testing of closed loop heating circuits for correct levels.
- Assist other staff members as required.
- Maintain inventory for plumbing materials.
- Liaise regularly with colleagues, supervisors and managers to ensure an efficient and effective service is delivered to the client at all times.
- Provide cover for colleagues during periods of absence.
- Adhere to all Company policies and procedures, particularly in regard to health and safety.
- Seasonal shift & on call rota.
- Any other duties as and when requested.
Knowledge/Experience/Skills/Abilities
- Must have own transport/driver’s license
- City & Guilds 6089 NVQ Level 2 and 3 in Plumbing (or above).
- Gas Safe certificate
- Unvented ticket.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety and COSHH.
- Knowledge of building regulations.
- Possesses own hand tools.
- Ensure a professional approach is always delivered with particular emphasis on maintaining confidentiality.
- Significant proven experience.
- Full clean UK driving licence.
