We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Fabric Technician to work for an established FM service provider situated in Kent.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
· To carry out planned and reactive maintenance as instructed by the Contract Manager. Including, but not limited to fault finding, test, repair and preventative maintenance of basic electrical building services equipment; and other basic electrical duties in support of the rest of the team.
· Duties will also include carrying out various non specialist building fabric maintenance tasks.
· Candidate must have some electrical knowledge but don’t need to be electrically qualified. Part qualified is desirable.
· The ideal candidate should have experience working as a Fabric Technician or Handyman within commercial buildings, be able to think on their feet and require little direction.
