We are currently recruiting for a Mobile Electrical Engineer to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance across a mixed commercial portfolio across London and South East. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
Key duties & Responsibilities:
- Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
- Smart meters
- Servicing
- PPM’s
- General maintenance
Hours of Work & Package Information:
- Basic Salary £43,000
- 1 hour travel each way
- Overtime available
- Monday – Friday 08:00am – 16:00pm
- 23 days holiday + Bank Holidays
- Company Van & Fuel Card
- Tablet & Work Phone Provided
- Full company uniform
- Pension
Requirements:
- Electrically qualified – City and Guilds level 3
- 18th Edition
- Testing & Inspection Certificate – ideal but not essential
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- Multi-skilled
- Good communication skills
