We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Mobile Contracts Manager to join my clients dynamic team. As the Mobile Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing contracts across Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire, and Northamptonshire.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of contracts within the designated region.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Analyse contract performance and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with contractual agreements and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Stay updated with industry trends and regulations to make informed decisions
- Address and resolve any issues or disputes related to the contracts
- Prepare regular reports on contract performance and present them to senior management.
