Salary: £38,000
My Client is currently recruiting a Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer with multiskilled knowledge & experience in the FM Sector to be based across their Dundee Portfolio. This includes Planned Maintenance & Reactive Maintenance as required to meet its contractual and legal obligations.
The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills along with first class customer services skills to complement a practical skill set that will provide full building services support to the site.
The Role:
- Duties include – Commercial Gas Duties i.e. combustion, boilers etc., Mechanical duties, AHU’s, FHU’S, Combustion, Boilers & AC duties
Requirements:
- Full Commercial & Domestic Gas Qualification; COCN1 or CODNCO1, CIGA1, CDGA1, CORT1, ICPN1 TPCP1A, CCN1
- Have a Full UK drivers licence
- Be experienced in maintaining commercial gas boilers in a commercial/corporate environment.
