Mobile Building Services Engineer – £40,000 – Cambridgeshire & East Anglia
Location: Cambridgeshire & East Anglia
Salary: £40,000
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday | 8am to 5pm
CTR Engineering are looking for an experienced Building Maintenance Engineer for a Mobile position covering Cambridgeshire & East Anglia.
This position will be with a well-established building services company who hold many contracts across the UK.
There is an abundance of overtime available on this site, along with the chance of good progression schemes to work your way to the top with a major player in the FM game.
Building Services Engineer – Typical Duties:
- Fault find and carry out repairs on all mechanical building systems and equipment
- Carry out all PPMs and reactive tasks as necessary to onsite mechanical systems and specialist equipment.
- Ensure the site’s logbook is kept up to date, and all losses, recoveries and additions are recorded appropriately.
- Be responsible for the maintenance and operational upkeep of portable and fixed equipment.
- Ensure that PPM and Reactive jobs are processed, and defects are diagnosed, and faults are repaired and testing.
- Responsibilities will also include being a member of the on-call rota for the contract.
- Tasks will be allocated using a PDA, so all activities must be recorded and logged in real time
- Undertake any other engineering or maintenance tasks as required by the Help Desk, Area Supervisor, or Line Manager (Building fabric maintenance: basic carpentry, mechanical, electrical duties etc)
