Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer – £36,000 – Norwich
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to join a fantastic company who are leading the way in their sector. Due to recent expansion, they are looking for experienced Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer to work in their sites based in Norwich
My client provides market leading solutions across a number of disciplines that includes; facilities management, construction services, engineering services, planned preventative maintenance, environmental solutions and all with 24/7 dedicated client support.
As an AC Engineer, you will be expected to carry out all site AC works at various sites across the Midlands as required by the Site Supervisor and/or Contracts Manager.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities
· To maintain and enhance the company’s reputation for quality by ensuring that company standards in all services are achieved and maintained.
· To carry out PPM, breakdown, service, maintenance and installation of Air Conditioning and Ventilation systems – ranging from VRVs, VRFs, Split systems, AHU’s and Fans.
· Ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with agreed method statements and legislation
· Assist during site surveys and asset studies as required
· Complete general administration of associated paper work/certificates/drawings
· Ensure plant & equipment is safe to use calibrated/PAT tested & used appropriately
· Work in a safe manner so you are not a danger to yourself or colleagues as guided by health & safety/RAMS documentation
The ideal candidate:
· F Gas & NVQ/City & Guilds Qualified
· 5+ years proven experience in a Service Engineer role within Air Conditioning
· Experience in the commercial sector
