CTR Construction are looking for a Buyer for a Residential Developer based in Mid Kent.

Salary: £40,000 to £50,000
The Role
Our client is looking for a Buyer to assist Directors and Commercial Management on developments up to 100 units.
This is a full time office based role supporting the team with the negotiation and purchasing of materials for sites across the South East. You will be expected to;
- Work out ways in which the business can reduce spend and achieve cost savings
- Order materials from takeoffs using project drawings and plans
- Meet with suppliers and clients
- Negotiate to ensure most competitive price always achieved
- Budget management
- Build relationships with the site teams

About You
Due to the location of the role, you must be located in Kent, Sussex or Surrey and hold a valid driving license.
Ideally you will have 5+ years experience within Construction across the Residential sector.
They are looking for someone who is self-motivated, enthusiastic about Buying, has great organisation and negotiation skills and has a strong and stable CV.
