CTR Construction are looking for a Junior Quantity Surveyor for a Sub-Contractor based in Canterbury, Kent.

Salary: £20,000 to £30,000
The Role
Our client is looking for a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join their ever growing Commercial division, managing and supporting large Sub-Contract packages £5 million and above.
You will be required to work from home the office with the occasional site visit once up and running in your new role.
They have anywhere between 5 to 10 schemes running at any one time.
Some of the responsibilities will include, and not be limited to:
– Preparation of accurate cashflow and cost value reconciliation reports
– Procuring Sub-contractors to meet budget requirements
– Maintaining and building relationships with clients
– Produce monthly variations
About You
Due to the location of the role being predominantly office based, you must have access to your own transport and be located in East or Mid Kent. Ideally you will have a BSc or HNC in Quantity Surveying or 1+ years experience. They are looking for someone who is self-motivated, enthusiastic about Surveying and has a strong and stable CV (not a job hopper!).
