The Role
Our client is looking for a Junior Contracts Manager to join their firm and to support the current Contracts Managers with their 10+ sites. The Carpentry packages that they specialise in can value anywhere from £400k to £1.5 million, and they currently have upwards of 30 Tradespeople on their books. All of their works are on New Build Residential sites.
The role will require travel between the sites which are all located in Kent.
As Junior Contracts Manager you will be responsible for:
- Supporting their current Contracts Managers and workforce of 30+ Tradespeople
- Producing and maintaining site surveys
- Negotiating to secure orders

About You
Due to the location of the role, you must be ideally situated in Kent. Ideally you will have 1+ years experience within the Carpentry sector. They are looking for someone who is self-motivated, enthusiastic about Contracts Management and has a strong and stable CV (not a job hopper!).
