CTR Construction is recruiting for a Junior / Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a specialist groundworks and civils contractor based in Essex.
This is a great opportunity for someone with early experience in groundworks or civils to develop further within a professional and supportive commercial team.
About the role:
You’ll assist the commercial department across a range of education, commercial, and residential projects, gaining hands-on experience in take-offs, valuations, procurement, and cost control. The position will involve working with Bluebeam and general Microsoft packages.

Requirements:
- Groundworks or Civils experience — ideally 2+ years
- Ideally BSc or HNC in Quantity Surveying
- Competent using Bluebeam and Microsoft software
- Strong organisational and communication skills
