Salary: £50,000 to £55,000 + Package
The Role
Our client is looking for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their ever growing Commercial division, managing and supporting projects £1 + million in value. They specialise in Coastal, 278, ICC and NEC works.
Some of the responsibilities will include, and not be limited to:
– Preparation of accurate cashflow and cost value reconciliation reports
– Procuring Sub-contractors to meet budget requirements
– Maintaining and building relationships with clients
– Produce monthly variations
About You
Due to the location of the role, you must be ideally situated in Kent or surrounding borders. Ideally you will have 2 to 3 years post qualification. They are looking for someone who is self-motivated, enthusiastic about Surveying and has a strong and stable CV (not a job hopper!).
