The Role
Our client is looking for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their Commercial division to support their current Senior Surveyor, managing and supporting projects £5+ million in value. They specialise in Groundworks, and have an array of projects across Kent.
Some of the responsibilities will include, and not be limited to:
– Preparation of accurate cashflow and cost value reconciliation reports
– Procuring Sub-contractors to meet budget requirements
– Maintaining and building relationships with clients
– Produce monthly variations
About You
Due to the location of the role, you must be ideally situated in Kent or surrounding county borders. Ideally you will have 3+ years post qualification experience across the above named sectors. They are looking for someone who is self-motivated, enthusiastic about Surveying and has a strong and stable CV (not a job hopper!).
