Salary: £45,000+
The Role
Our client is looking for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their Commercial division, managing drylining whilst site based in London.
Some of the responsibilities will include, and not be limited to:
– Preparation of accurate cashflow and cost value reconciliation reports
– Procuring Sub-contractors to meet budget requirements
– Maintaining and building relationships with clients
– Produce monthly variations
About You
Due to the location of the role, you must be ideally situated in London or surrounding. Ideally you will have 2+ years post qualification experience across the above named sectors (Drylining). They are looking for someone who is self-motivated, enthusiastic about Surveying and has a strong and stable CV (not a job hopper!).
