CTR Construction are looking for a Commercial Manager to be able to take control of a local Groundworks Contractor.

The Role
Our client is looking for a Commercial Manager to take over the Commercial aspect of the business, with the view to having full control of the day to day runnings of the business within the next 12-18 months.
Their current turnover is between £2 to £4 million and they are looking to expand (double) which will result in shares in the business for success rate.
Their projects mainly span across Kent with some spilling into Sussex, with currently upwards of 7 schemes at any one time.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to take a great deal of responsibility, with some of the duties including;
– Contract financial management
– Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients
– Producing tender enquiries

About You
Ideally you will have good experience working within the Groundworks sector. Due to their desire to expand, it would be beneficial if you would be able to bring across your own contacts/clients to assist with the expansion, although this is not essential.
You must be well versed in the Commercial Management of projects, be strong enough to make important decisions on a daily basis and have experience managing a team.
Due to the location of the role, you must be located in Kent and hold a valid driving license.
