A M&E service provider is seeking a Foot Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer to cover commercial sites in Central London (Zones 1 & 2). This is role is offering a salary of £48,000 per annum with a zones 1 & 2 travel card included, tools and uniform included. Fantastic opportunities to develop and progress within the industry.
Job Role:
You will be required to work a 40-hour week between Mon – Fri, 8:00am – 4:30pm with overtime opportunities available. This leading M&E service provider is looking for a fully qualified Commercial & Domestic Gas Engineer with exceptional Commercial/Industrial Boiler and Burner experience. This is a stable company which is always looking to develop its already broad contract base leading to great career opportunities.
Job Role:
- Working mainly within a mixed portfolio consisting of commercial offices providing commercial gas boiler maintenance, repairs and minor installation works.
- The vast majority of works will be within plant rooms with all associated equipment, hence a working knowledge of heating distribution and ventilation systems is essential.
- Routine mechanical maintenance of associated plant items such as pumps, heat exchangers, pressure vessels and valves will also form part of the role.
- This will include the servicing of Combustion Appliances and associated plant together with the production information for quotations for extra works
- Ensure standard of work is of a high level and complaint to relevant combustion regulations and company policies.
- Responsibilities will also include being a member of the On-call Rota for the region.
