Executive Candidate Recruiter
Shift: Mon-Fri / 7.30am to 4.30pm

CTR Engineering are a specialist recruiter within the FM & Engineering Sector who are looking to talk with money motivated and determined individuals that are keen to find their first step in Recruitment. Due to expansion, we are looking to recruit someone to join our organisation and be a part of our offices in Whitstable, Kent.
You will be a key member of a team working under the direction of a Senior Consultant Resourcing for technical candidates and obtaining CVs. You will be responsible for building relationships with candidates and fully vetting suitable individuals for technical roles.
As an Executive Candidate Recruiter, you will be responsible for meet hiring goals by filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates. Executive Candidate Recruiters are responsible for the full life cycle of the recruiting process. This entails sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the interview process, and facilitating offers and employment negotiations, all while ensuring candidates have a pleasant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business from client companies
- Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, their work culture and environment
- Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts
- Using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships
- Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and tests and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client
- Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client
- Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job
- Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients regarding suitable applicants
- Organising interviews for candidates as requested by the client
- Informing candidates about the results of interviews
- Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between clients and candidates
- Offering advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training and career progression
In return you will be given the opportunity to work with a very experienced team, who will train and develop you on a one-to-one basis, coupled with coaching sessions on the key parts of the job. Our trainees earn commission from day one (& OTE £40k in their first year). On offer is a basic salary of up to £16,000 along with an uncapped commission structure.
