CTR Construction is recruiting for an Estimator / Surveyor (open to Junior through to Senior level) to join a well-established contractor based in Hampshire. This is a hybrid role combining both estimating and surveying duties, offering strong development potential or the chance for an experienced candidate to make the role their own.
About the role:
You’ll be working on high-quality hotel refurbishment projects across the UK, with project values around £4m, delivered through packages and phases. Work includes both internal and external refurbishments, with occasional minor new-build elements.
The company currently uses a mix of internal resource and external freelance support for estimating, with the goal of bringing the full function in-house — making this a key hire for the business.

Location: Hampshire
️ Projects: Hotel refurbishment – internal & external (UK-wide)
Salary: DOE (depending on experience, junior–senior level considered) – £30,000 to £70,000
Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm
Project Values: Approx. £4m (delivered in packages/phases)
Requirements:

Strong communication and organisational skills

Ability to assist in pricing, surveying, valuations, and general commercial duties

No formal qualifications required — experience and attitude matter most
