CTR is looking for an experienced Estimator / Quantity Surveyor (or dual role) to join their team in Essex. This is a great opportunity to work on a variety of commercial refurbishment and new build projects across the East of England — all within a growing, professional main contracting environment.
About the role:
You’ll be responsible for estimating and cost control across multiple commercial projects, covering sectors including Healthcare, Education, Leisure, Pubs, and Holiday Parks. Project values typically range from £5k up to £5m.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years’ post-qualification experience

Proven main contracting background

Ideally BSc qualified (or equivalent experience)

Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail

Commutable to the West Mersea office

Confident managing both estimating and surveying responsibilities
