CTR Construction is working with a specialist heritage and listed building contractor, to recruit an experienced Estimator for their head office in Kent.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected contractor known for delivering high-quality heritage, conservation, and restoration projects across the South East.
About the role:
You’ll be responsible for preparing accurate tenders and cost plans for heritage and listed building schemes. The role involves assessing drawings, pricing works, working closely with the surveying and delivery teams, and contributing to successful bid submissions.

Salary: £45,000 – £60,000 per annum

Travel: Occasional site visits as required
Requirements:

Proven experience as an Estimator—heritage or complex refurb experience preferred

Understanding of JCT contracts beneficial

Experience with SMN 7 software an advantage (not essential)

Strong analytical, cost planning, and tendering skills

Reliable, detail-focused, and able to work independently
