CTR Construction is recruiting for an experienced Estimator to join a specialist contractor delivering healthcare refurbishment and fit-out projects, including X-Ray and MRI rooms, across the UK.

About the role:
You’ll be responsible for preparing tenders and cost estimates for refurbishment and fit-out projects, typically valued between £200k and £400k, with some schemes reaching up to £5m. The ideal candidate will be confident attending site surveys, producing tender packs from scratch, and working closely with the delivery teams.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Estimator (fit-out or refurb essential)
- Ability to survey sites and prepare tender packages from start to finish
- Healthcare experience beneficial but not essential
- Presentable and professional — projects take place in live hospital environments
- Comfortable travelling to sites nationwide when required
- Strong communication and analytical skills
