CTR Construction is recruiting for an experienced Estimator to join a Tier 1 contractor delivering a wide range of minor works at Heathrow Airport. This is a great opportunity to step into a standalone estimating role within a growing and well-established team.
About the role:
You’ll be pricing minor works up to £1m, covering a diverse range of disciplines including commercial fit-out, mechanical, electrical, and engineering packages. This is the company’s first dedicated Estimator hire, with pricing currently handled by Project Managers — meaning you will have the opportunity to shape and take ownership of the estimating function.

Location: Berkshire (office) – All projects based at Heathrow Airport

Salary: Up to £70,000
Project Values: Minor works up to £1m

Requirements:
- Must have worked in the UK for a minimum of 5 years (essential for Heathrow security clearance)
- Proven experience as an Estimator within fit-out, M&E, engineering, or similar sectors
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Able to work independently and manage your own workload
- Local or commutable to the Berkshire/Heathrow area
