CTR Construction are looking for an Estimator for specialist sub-contractor based in Essex.

Salary: £35,000 – £45,000
The Role
Our client is looking for an Estimator to join their interior specialist company working on bespoke projects across all sectors. Main office is based in Essex however there is opportunity to travel the world for unique clients. it is a growing role so they are looking for someone to progress with the company and take pride in their work.
Some of the responsibilities will include, and not be limited to:
– Compiling bids for work
– Calculating the cost of materials transport, labour and equipment hire
– Collating detailed price lists of everything needed on each construction project
– Clarifying the client’s needs and expectations
– Presenting bids to clients and answering their questions
– Preparing and submitting quotations for work
About You
you MUST have a background in drylining and plastering with 2+ years experience in the role. Need to be able to read drawings and take-offs. They are looking for someone who is self-motivated, enthusiastic about Estimating and has a strong and stable CV (not a job hopper!).
