CTR Construction is recruiting for an experienced Contracts Manager to join a specialist in Passive Fire Protection based in Kent.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business with a strong reputation in the sector, managing a range of fire protection projects across the UK.
About the role:
You’ll oversee multiple live projects (typically 4–5 at a time) with around 15 operatives, managing operations from pre-construction through to completion. The role will involve 2–3 days per week in the Ramsgate office and travel to sites across Kent, Essex, London, Birmingham, and Scotland.

Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in Passive Fire Protection or related sector

Strong pre-construction knowledge – able to price, plan, and win work

Proven experience managing multiple projects and teams

Valid SMSTS and CSCS
