CTR Construction is looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join a well-established contractor delivering high-quality leisure fit-out and hotel refurbishment projects nationwide. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a tight-knit, professional team managing exciting projects across the UK.
About the role:
You’ll oversee multiple live projects (typically three at a time) with an average value of around £1.5m. The role will involve regular site visits and staying away 1–2 nights per week to ensure successful delivery of each scheme.
